Acknowledge AI control requests

POST/v1/accounts/{account_id}/ai-requests/ack

Marks the given requests as handled so they drop off the pending list, in a single call. Ids that are unknown, already acknowledged, or from another account are ignored, so the count returned may be lower than the ids sent.
