Getting started
Welcome to Fansquare
What Fansquare is, who it is for, and how this documentation is organised.
Fansquare is the software for agencies that manage creators on MYM. It brings together the conversations of all your creators, your team and your revenue in one place. Fansquare is a desktop app for Mac and Windows.
Fansquare used to be called Offmy. Some screens and emails still show the old name. It is the same product.
Who Fansquare is for
Fansquare is built for the whole team of an agency, each person with their own account:
the agency owner connects the creators' MYM accounts, creates the team's accounts, sets up roles and follows revenue;
managers lead the chatters, plan the schedule and watch live activity;
chatters reply to the fans of the creators they have access to.
An independent creator can also use Fansquare for her own account, alone or with an assistant.
What the app covers
| Area | What you do there |
|---|---|
| Messages | The MYM conversations of all your creators, with filters, boxes, the fan sheet, the AI profile and translation. Reply suggestions are an option turned on agency by agency. |
| Mass DM | One message sent at once to an audience you pick, at a fixed price or priced on each fan's spending. |
| Automations | Messages that go out on their own when a trigger fires, and alerts to Slack or Discord. |
| Team | Employees and their access, roles, shifts, live supervision, team analytics and payouts. |
| Dashboard | The agency's revenue, with the details of each creator under Creators › Analyse. |
| Content | Scripts, the Cloud for media, and Publish to schedule posts and stories. |
| Developer API | A public API and signed webhooks to connect Fansquare to your own tools. |
Each person only sees what their role allows. A chatter's sidebar is therefore shorter than the owner's.
Where to start
The owner and employees with the Associé role find the Getting started card in the sidebar. It follows their first steps in order: Connect a creator, Open messaging, Invite an employee, then Prepare a first Mass DM. Only the steps your role allows you to do are listed. Each step is checked off once done, the card disappears when everything is done, and it can be hidden in one click.
The first step matters most. As long as no MYM account is connected, messaging stays empty.
How this documentation is organised
The guide follows the app's sidebar. The Getting started section covers the start: connecting a MYM account, creating your team's accounts and taking your first steps in messaging. The next sections go through each area in detail. The API reference is written for developers.
Add a creator, connect her MYM account and read the connection status.
Create your team's accounts, pick their roles and give them access to your creators.
Find a conversation, read the fan sheet and reply with help from AI.
Read your agency's data from your own tools and receive webhooks.
