Getting started
First steps in messaging
Find a conversation, read the fan sheet and reply with help from AI.
Messaging brings together the MYM conversations of your creators. Open it from Messages in the sidebar. From left to right, you find the creators, the conversation list, the open conversation and the fan sheet.
Pick a creator
The left column shows the creators opened to you. On each one, a badge at the top counts unread conversations, and a badge at the bottom counts media to deliver. Find a creator looks up a name, and Collapse to rail keeps only the photos.
Find a conversation
The All, Unread and To Deliver tabs filter the list by status. The three-dot button at the end of the tabs adds Muted, Blocked and Pending Request. A separate button reverses the sort, from Newest first to Oldest first. Below the tabs, you narrow things down with:
the quick filters Online, Unanswered and Assigned, the last one for your own conversations;
Tags, where one click includes a tag and a second click excludes it, with a No tag option;
Add a filter, for money and profile filters such as Top spenders, Purchased recently or Certified;
Boxes, which automatically spread conversations across several numbered boxes, set up in Configure boxes.
The Search field finds a fan by username. Until a creator's first sync is finished, her list offers fewer filters.
Open a conversation
The conversation header shows whether the fan is online, or how long ago they were. It also shows the colleagues viewing the same conversation, and the thread tells you when one of them is typing. Depending on your role's rights, the More options menu holds Mark as unread, User information, Mute, Block conversation, Report and Block subscriber.
The fan sheet
The sheet sits to the right of the conversation, with two tabs, Fan and Creator. The Fan tab holds:
a free Note, saved as you type;
the fan's Tag, the employee Assigned to the conversation (Assign me to take it), the Acquisition and the Birthday;
Radar, the fan's estimated spending level, including with other creators;
their purchases by type, their subscription and the media already sent, bought or refused.
Once AI has written a fan's profile from their conversations, an AI profile button appears in the header. It opens a column with the fan's description and what AI detected.
Reply to the fan
The reply field holds the writing tools.
Reply suggestions offers one reply per ticked angle, four at most: Engage, Seduce, Heat up and Sell. Choose suggestions sets the angles shown, and clicking a reply puts it in the field. It is an option turned on agency by agency, off by default. Without it, the button does not show.
AI assistance reworks your draft with Rephrase, Correct, More lovely or Translate.
Dictate a message transcribes what you say into the microphone.
Select a script and Predefined Messages insert prepared text.
To sell media, click Add media to the message and pick up to 5 media. Then set the price in the bar shown above the field. At 0, the media goes out as Free media. Otherwise, the price ranges from €5 to €1,000.
Translate
Incoming messages are translated into a single language, the same for all of messaging. You pick it at the top of messaging, with the Translation language for incoming messages button.
To reply in the fan's language, click Enable send translation. A second field opens below yours, in the fan's language. You write in your own language and the translation shows there, and you can also edit it directly. That second field is what goes out, with Send translated message. The send language is chosen for each conversation, by default the one detected for the fan.
Translation and AI tools use the agency's AI quota and your role's cap. Once the limit is reached, messages stay in their original language.
Send later
The Scheduled send button schedules a message in 2, 5, 10 or 15 minutes, or after a Custom delay of 1 to 60 minutes. A banner shows the planned time and lets you Cancel. A conversation holds at most 5 scheduled messages.

By default, a shortcut is Option on Mac, or Alt on Windows, followed by a letter. Actions carry their name from Settings › Shortcuts, which sometimes differs from the button's.
